buckyyc is operated by Pillow Hunting Incorporated, based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

buckyyc is a short, location-based social app for people in Calgary, Alberta during the 2026 event window. It helps you discover and meet other attendees nearby. It is not a year-round service — access is tied to the event window.

• Tap Sign in with Apple on the welcome screen and follow the prompts.
• You must be 18 or older and physically in the Calgary region — the app checks your approximate location at sign-up and at access time.
• If sign-in fails, make sure you're on the latest app version and have a working internet connection, then try again. Still stuck? Email us.

• buckyyc charges a one-time fee of CA$9.99 for full access during the event window.
• Payment is handled by Apple In-App Purchase. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal — nothing to cancel, and you will not be charged again.
• Access expires automatically at the end of the event window regardless of purchase date.

All purchases are processed through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple — not by buckyyc. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you believe a charge was made in error, email us and we'll help where we can, but the refund decision rests with Apple.

In the app, open your profile settings and choose Delete account. This removes your profile, photos, matches, and messages. You can also email us to request deletion. For the full picture of what we collect and your privacy rights, see our Terms & Privacy.

• You can set a safety contact (a name and phone number). From within the app you can send that contact a message pre-filled with your location and a help note — useful before or during an in-person meet.
• buckyyc does not contact 911 for you. In an emergency, call 911 directly from your phone's dialer.
• We don't vet or background-check users. Meet in public, tell a friend, and trust your gut.
• To report a user or inappropriate content, use the report option in the app or email us with details.

• Confirm you have a stable internet connection.
• Update to the latest version from the App Store.
• Close and reopen the app; if needed, sign out and back in.
• Still broken? Email teambuckyyc@gmail.com with your device model, iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened.
